Interested in joining the team but want to feel it out first? This is the event for you! Come join us on a ride and experience what our team is all about. We even have Girls Only time slots. Just follow the steps below to get signed up.​

fill out the nica waiver

If you are not already registered with NICA, you'll need to fill out this waiver. List Utah as the league.

sIGN UP FOR A DAY/TIME SLOT

Choose a day and time slot that works for you. We also have girls only time slots available.

mEET AT THE TRAILHEAD

We'll be riding at Lower Forebay, up Payson Canyon. Bring your bike and a helmet.

You cannot ride without a helmet or a waiver.

we are the NEbo Goats! 

The Nebo Goats Mountain Bike Team is a coed team of student athletes in grades 7–12 from the following school boundaries:

  • Springville High School

  • Maple Mountain High School

  • Spanish Fork High School

  • Salem Hills High School

  • Payson High School

Our goal as a team and league is to help kids develop strength of character, mind, and body through the lifelong sport of cycling. As they participate in practices and races, the kids will make friends, build confidence, gain strength, and have adventures that they will remember for a lifetime!
